Everest Base Camp Trek Suggested Itinerary
Day1: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding 3 to 4 hours easy 2600m.

start from Kathmandu with full of Support from
Day2: Trek to Namche Bazaar 5 to 6 hours Trek hard 3400m.
Day3: Namche exploration and Khumjung Sight, Everest View and Rest day hike about 3 hours climb to 3900m back to Namche.
Day4: Trek to Phortse Village via Everest panaroma trail trek 5 to 6 hours great himalayan trail.
Day5: Trek to Phariche via Pangboche another great panaromic way, Narro trail, rocky Mountain trails, sunny day. 4400m.
Day6: Another rest day at Phariche - climb high sleep low .
Day7: Trek to Lobuje 3 to 4 hours hard climb visit khumbu glacier . 4900m.
Day8: Trek to Gorekshep lunch then trek to Everest Base Camp back to Gorekship about 7 hours long day.5200m
Day9: Early morning, climb to Kalaptthar fur everest sunrise view back breakfast trek down to Dingboche warm valley relax. 6 to 6 hours, climb hard to kalapatthar east down to Dingboche. 4300m
Day10: Easy day Trek to Tangboche Monastery via Amadablam base camp another paparoma ways. 5 to 6 hours good view of Mt. Lhotse, Ama dablam, Everest summit, Another himalaya view. Visit Tangboche Monastery.
Day11: Trek to Jorshelle via Namche Bazaar 5 to 6 hours. trek down and a bit climb mostly down 2800m
Day12: Trek back to Lukla for flight, you will feel a hardest day because of last day after lukla you will win and relax. 5 to 6 hours.
Day13: Early morning Fly back to Ktm if weather is good and you are lucky. if not need to wait and pray for good weather.
